What is TextMaster?
TextMaster is an online platform that allows customers of any size (SMEs, mulitnational corporations or even individuals) to order translation, copywriting and proofreading services on demand.
How do I contact TextMaster?

What kind of writers and translators are part of the TextMaster community?
Writers and translators are carefully selected based on their experience and skills. Our community consists of thousands of experts in 10 languages and over 40 fields of expertise.
Who are TextMaster's clients?
TextMaster is proud to work with over 5,000 businesses across various industries. TextMaster's customer base ranges from individuals, small businesses, to large international corporations. We handle everything from high volume translation of product descriptions for ecommerce sites to creation of product review articles for media agencies.
Is it free to register on TextMaster?
Yes! You can create a free account on TextMaster and pay only when you are ready to place your order. To register and order content, click here.
How do I close my TextMaster account?
To suspend or remove your TextMaster account, just fill out the form under Support.
Orders and Projects
Can I choose my own price for the content that I am going to purchase?
No. TextMaster determines the prices in order to ensure that our clients receive a fair and stable price and to avoid competition for the lowest offer amongst writers.
How do I purchase content on TextMaster?
Purchasing content on TextMaster takes place as follows:
- Create a free client account;
- Purchase a Bundle or A la carte by clicking on My Credits;
- Place your order;
- Download your content when the writer has finished the project.
What kind of screening process does TextMaster have?
Writers and translators undergo a rigorous qualification process that begins with a skills test based on their chosen activity (translation, copywriting or proofreading) and language. A team of in-house moderators validates each application and undertakes ongoing quality assurance reviews. This ensures that our community of writers and translators maintains a high standard.
How long will it take for my order to be completed?
The turnaround time varies depending on the size and complexity of the project. During the order process, you will be given an estimated time for completion. If your project is urgent, you can select the Priority Order option to reduce the turnaround time.
How do I retrieve my completed order?
Your completed order will available for download under My Projects in your client Dashboard. The document will be available for download for an unlimited period of time.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the writer's work?
Once your order has been completed, you have 7 days from the date that the work has been submitted to ask for a revision if it does not meet your expectations. When asking for a revision from the writer, give as many details as possible as to what needs to be changed. If the writer’s revisions still do not meet your expectations, please contact our moderation team. If deemed necessary, the writer will assign another writer to reprocess your order, at no additional charge.
May I resell content purchased on TextMaster to a third party?
Yes, you may resell content purchased on TextMaster. There are no limits on time, volume, or amount.
When and what copyrights do I obtain?
The client receives full copyrights of the content once the order has been approved. The client may use the content with no limits on volume or time. Before order approval by the client or in case of project rejection by the client or the writer, the writer retains all copyrights. In this case, the client may not use or publish the content. The client has complete rights of use over content acquired through the intermediary of TextMaster.
What is the Quality Control option?
The Quality Control option allows clients to have their orders checked by one of TextMaster’s Language Managers before being submitted for client approval.
If I cancel my order, will my credits be reimbursed?
Your credits will be reimbursed for cancelled projects that have not yet been begun by writers. If a writer has started working on the project, credits cannot be reimbursed.
How can I avoid working with a specific writer?
If you don’t like a particular writer’s work, you have the option of adding them to a blacklist. This can be done by going to the menu My Authors or by clicking on the module in the right-hand column in the review screen of your order. Once you have placed a writer in your blacklist, they will no longer be able to see or select your projects.
How do I make a list of favorite writers?
If you liked a particular writer’s work, you can add them to your list of favorite writers, thereby giving them priority access to your projects. This can be done by clicking on the appropriate module in the text review screen or in the My Authors menu.
How can I assign a project to a specific writer?
You can assign a project to a specific writer on your My Authors list. This can be done by clicking on My TextMasters when creating your order and selecting the writer(s) that you want to assign your project to.
Bundles and Pre-Payment
Is it really possible to order high quality translation and copywriting at a rate of €0.02 and €0.03 per word?
Yes it is! We make translation more affordable by debundling options and allowing you to pick and choose what you want to pay for.
Will my credits ever expire?
Yes, TextMaster credits will expire 365 days after purchase. Free credits received through promotions may expire earlier, based on conditions outlined in the promotion.
Which Bundle should I choose?
Purchasing a Bundle on TextMaster depends on the size of orders, service level and extra options that you will need. For example, if you need an entire website of several thousand words translated by an expert, then we recommend buying the X Large Bundle. On the other hand, if you are just testing our services, then the A la carte option will suite you best.
What payment options are accepted?
We offer several different secure payment options for purchasing Bundles. You can choose to pay by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
To purchase credits by bank transfer, proceed as follows (Please note that payment by transfer is only possible for a minimum amount):
- Create a free client account;
- Select a Bundle and indicate that you wish to pay by transfer;
- Download the invoice generated by TextMaster;
- Send the transfer order to your bank. Make sure you include the invoice reference number in the message of your transfer order;
- Upon receipt of payment, your client account will be credited and you can enter your order.
Will I receive an invoice after?
Yes, as soon as your purchase is recorded, an invoice is made available to you on your dashboard. This remains available in your client space for an unlimited period and you can download it whenever you like.
How do I benefit from the referral program?
We offer a referral program that allows clients to earn money on TextMaster. The system is based on the principle of sponsorship between clients. The sponsor receives 10% of the amount spent by their referrals over a 12-month period. Example: Over a 12-month period, referral M spent $300, protégé N spent $15, and referral O spent $1 860 = $2 175 / 10% = Bonus for the sponsor: $217.5 in credits on their TextMaster account.
To participate in the referral program, simply share your referral link with your friends and contacts by email or social network.
Is there a limit to the referral program?
There is no limit to the use of the referral program. A client can accumulate an unlimited number of referrals over time and thereby increase their credits on TextMaster. Get your referral link here to get started. Share the link with your friends and contacts to earn credits on your account.
Using the API
How do I use the TextMaster API?
The TextMaster API is a tool that allows you to integrate one or all of the TextMaster services into your system. Service users can therefore enter an assignment, follow the production, and check and download the content without having to go through the TextMaster interface. I can't seem to register myself or log in to TextMaster.
Check that your browser accepts cookies and that your firewall isn’t preventing you from sending information.
I have not received the confirmation email.
After the initial registration stage (email and password), you should receive an email containing a confirmation link. Clicking this link will activate your account and allow you to begin the order process. If you have not received this email, check your spam folder, or click here to receive the message again.
I have lost my login details.
If you cannot find your TextMaster login details, you can ask to receive them by clicking here. Make sure you check your spam folder.
