My account has been deactivated. Can I sign up again?
If you have asked for your account to be deactivated:
You can contact our vendor team at any time to ask for your account to be reactivated at vendormanagement@acolad.com
If you have asked for your account to be closed:
If your account has been deleted, you will need to re-register on the platform.
If your account has been deactivated by TextMaster due to issues (quality, delays, behaviour, etc.):
You will not be able to reactivate it or re-register.
