What is the project reference?

For any communication with your project manager, please specify the project reference. It is visible on all your projects, of any status or at any stage.
The project reference always has the same structure:
1- The type of service: it begins with TR- for translation, CO- for copywriting and PR- for proofreading.
2- The client code, consisting of 3 letters and/or numbers. Example: all projects beginning with TR-54F or CO-54F or PR-54F were launched by the same client.
3- The project code: a sequence of 5 numbers and/or letters to differentiate projects.
Here is an example of a project reference: TR-54F-66235
If your project consists of several tasks, you must give the full reference, including the task. Example: TR-54F-70055-00009
