Why can’t I access TextMaster projects anymore?

There may be several reasons for this:

Your account has been limited:
Due to quality, delays or behaviour issues, the TextMaster team may limit your account in terms of:
• the number of simultaneous tasks
• the maximum number of words per file
• clients

Your account has been deactivated:
At your request, or following quality, delays or behaviour issues.

You do not get notifications:
• Check that the option "Receive an email when a new project becomes available" is ticked on the "My profile" tab of your account.
• If you have flagged one of our notifications as spam, the system will block all subsequent notifications to your email address. If you have not done this on purpose, please contact support.
