How does TextMaster’s quality system work?

Our rating system is structured as follows:
• More than 3 stars: very good to excellent quality.
• 3 stars: acknowledging room for improvement, but no errors.
• Less than 3 stars: the text contained major errors, and project managers will investigate and take appropriate action.
