What do I risk in the event of a quality issue?

There are several possible penalties for poor quality results, depending on the severity of your errors and your experience on our platform:
• Your account may be limited in terms of number of words
• Your account may be limited in terms of number of tasks
• Your account may be limited to projects for which you are a favourite author only
• One or more source language(s) may be removed from your work
• Part of your project earnings may be withdrawn
• You may be sent a warning
• Our collaboration with you may end
Whatever the penalty applied, you will be informed of the decision by email.
