I can’t request my earnings, what’s the problem?

This may be for two reasons:
• You have not reached the minimum threshold of €30. You must wait until you reach €30 before you can request payment.
• Your profile is not complete. Go to the "My profile" page to check that all the necessary information is present: surname, first name, address, valid ID, VAT number or SIRET for companies, etc.
Generally, a red banner appears at the top of the page to indicate the issue.
