I have difficulty working on a PDF document, do I need to take care of the page layout?

Clients are allowed to upload source documents in PDF format, so please, do not ask them for another file format.
Authors are required to deliver the translation in the same format as the source document provided by the client.
We are aware that formatting can sometimes be complicated for PDF documents. Although clients are informed that the page layout is not guaranteed for this file format, we ask authors to try to get as close as possible. The aim is of course not to spend too much time on it.
To make your work easier, we recommend you to use free online conversion tools. You can then convert the PDF into Word to work on it, then save your finished text in PDF format to upload it on the platform.
