I have tried to accept a task, but the system won’t let me. Why not?

Most of the time, this is because another author claimed the task first.
Our platform works on a first-come, first-served basis. As soon as a task has been accepted, it disappears for all other authors. Sometimes this may take a few minutes, which is why you can click on the task, but not claim it.
It is also possible that your account is subject to restrictions (the client has blacklisted you, the number of tasks you can take is limited, you have exceeded the maximum number of words, etc.). In this case, an error message will appear.
