I think the word count is wrong. What can I do?

Make sure you read the client's instructions carefully before you begin your translation. A client may, for instance, ask you to translate only column B of an Excel file, in which case the word count will have been adjusted accordingly.

You can read the instructions again at any time by clicking on the corresponding icon in the project.

If you still think the word count is wrong, you can either email the project manager assigned to the project, or ask for help from a moderator by clicking on the corresponding button inside the project.
