PEMT – What is expected of me for PEMT projects?

This is a process that consists of having content pre-translated by a machine translation engine, then proofread by human translators to make the content intelligible.
PEMT projects involve editing, amending, and correcting MT output wherever necessary in order to ensure that the text sounds "natural" in your native language.
This is more than just proofreading. The post-editor must correct everything that needs to be changed in order to achieve human-level quality and offer a comprehensible, fluent text.
