The project is in “Approved and paid” status in my TextMaster account, but I haven’t received the money yet.

Once the project has been validated by the client or automatically, the project status is then changed to "Approved and paid". You will then automatically receive the related credits in your TextMaster account.
It is then up to you to request payment whenever you want, provided you have a min of 30 euros in your wallet. To do so, please click on "Withdraw my earnings" to send the money to your PayPal or Payoneer account.
