TM – What is the difference between a 100% match and a repetition?

You need to differentiate between a 100% match, which is paid, and a repetition, which is not paid.
A repetition is an occurrence of the same segment in the source text. This therefore refers to repetitions within a single file. Catify allows auto-propagation of translations of identical segments, which is why repetitions are not paid for on our platform.
A 100% match is an exact correspondence with a segment stored in the translation memory, which has already been translated in the past. You are nevertheless asked to check that the suggested translation is appropriate to the context of your file. This is why 100% matches are partially paid.
