What are the different task statuses?

AWAITING ASSIGNMENT:
The task is available for authors, on a first-come-first-served basis.
Click on "Claim the task" to assign the project to yourself and start working on it.

IN PROGRESS:
You are currently working on the task and must submit the text by the deadline.

INCOMPLETE:
The task has been sent back to you for review, either by the Language Manager (during the QC step) or by the client. You have 24 hours to propose a revision or respond to the message through the online communication tool.

CLIENT REVIEW:
The task was sent to the client, who has 7-14 days to review the project. During this period, they can ask for a review or approve the project.  If the client asks for changes, the project status will change to "Incomplete". If they do not do anything during this time, the platform will automatically approve the project. Please note that some tasks are randomly sent to quality control before being sent to the client.

APPROVED AND PAID:
The task is finished and your account has been credited. It is then up to you to request payment whenever you want, provided you have a min of 30 euros in your wallet.

REPOSSESSED:
The task was repossessed and reassigned to another author for a reason: your timer ran out, you asked that the project be reassigned to someone else... You will be notified by email and the reason for this decision will be explained.
