What does the “Ask for moderation” button do?

The moderations are handled by our project managers, who ensure that translation and copywriting projects run smoothly, both for clients and authors. They are TextMaster employees who are the link between clients and authors whenever the need arises. You can contact them by clicking on the "Ask for moderation" button, which will send a message to the relevant project manager in charge of the corresponding project and client. Our project managers will reply to you during our office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Central European Time. The "Ask for moderation" button will pause your project.
