Why am I not allowed to communicate my personal contact details using the communication tool (email, phone number, etc.)?

TextMaster must be able to ensure good communication between all parties on its platform and be able to make fair decisions in the event of disagreement. If you communicate with a client outside the platform (by email or by phone for instance), we will not be able to intervene in the event of a disagreement, nor will we be able to determine your legitimacy in the dispute.
