General – Why am I unable to send a translation to the client?
If you are unable to submit your text to the system, please check the following:
Projects on Catify:
- All segments are confirmed
- You have not forgotten any HTML codes and tags
- You have not added any line breaks
Projects for download: you have saved your text in the same format as the source document. For example, you cannot submit a .docx document if the client has provided you with a .pdf.
