Why do I have to provide proof of identity when signing up?

In order for TextMaster to operate reliably and avoid fraud, we must check every application as thoroughly as possible. This is why all authors are required to upload a copy of a valid ID when they register.
Please note that you will not be able to request payment if you do not upload a valid proof of identity to your account (ID, passport or driving licence).
